SMS Terms
These terms cover text messages (SMS) from Eden Law Group to people who have asked the firm for help.
What the messages are
Eden Law Group may send text messages about your consultation request and your case: replies to your request, scheduling and appointment reminders, requests for documents, and updates on your case.
The firm does not send marketing or advertising text messages, and it does not text people who have not contacted it.
How you agree
You agree by checking the text message box on the consultation request form on the Contact page (the same form is on the Spanish and Korean Contact pages), or by telling the firm by phone or in writing that you want text messages at your number.
Agreeing is optional. You do not have to agree to send a request, to have a consultation, or to hire the firm.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your request and your case. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. The firm will send one message to confirm, and then no more texts unless you agree again. You can also reply START to begin again.
Reply HELP for help, call 855-456-6777, or email atty@edenlawgroup.com.
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please do not text the firm about anything urgent; call instead.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy.
Texting the firm does not on its own make you a client of the firm. Please keep private details of your matter for a call or a meeting.
