Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Eden Law Group website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you send
When you send the consultation request form, the firm receives the details you enter: your name, phone number, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, the language you would like for the reply, the type of accident, a good time to call, and whether you agree to receive text messages.
The form does not ask for the details of your accident. Please keep those, and anything private, for your consultation.
When you call 855-456-6777 or email atty@edenlawgroup.com, the firm receives what you say or write.
How the firm uses it
The firm uses this information to reply to your request, to arrange a consultation, and to keep a record of requests it has received.
Sending a form, calling, or emailing does not on its own make you a client of the firm.
How the form is handled
The form is sent from the website to the firm as an email, through the firm's Microsoft 365 email service.
To number repeat requests and to stop automated sending, the website's server keeps three small records: a count of requests for each phone number, stored as a scrambled code instead of the number itself; a list of network addresses that sent a request in the last ten minutes; and a short log of each request (the time, the page, the reply language, and whether it was sent), which does not include your name or phone number.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, visitor analytics, or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are served from the website itself, so visiting a page does not send requests to other companies.
On the Contact page, your browser keeps a small number that counts how many requests were sent from that browser. It stays in your browser and is sent only with the form. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.
Like most websites, the company that hosts the site may keep standard server logs, such as network addresses, the pages requested, and the time, to keep the site running and secure.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree on the consultation request form, or tell the firm that you want text messages, the firm may text you about your request and your case, such as replies, appointment reminders, and case updates. The firm does not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The firm's text message provider handles messages only to deliver them.
Sharing
The firm does not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Information is shared only with the service providers the firm uses to run the website and its email, such as the website host and Microsoft, and when the law requires it.
Keeping and protecting information
The firm keeps information as long as it needs it for the purposes above and for its legal and professional record-keeping duties.
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not send confidential details through the form or by email.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and the firm does not knowingly collect information from them. A parent or guardian can call the firm about a child's injury.
Your choices
You can ask the firm what information it has about you from this website, or ask it to correct or delete that information, by calling 855-456-6777 or emailing atty@edenlawgroup.com. Some records may need to be kept by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state privacy law.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as the Texas Department of Insurance. Those websites have their own privacy practices.
